My "New Girl" Metamorphosis

I was watching "New Girl," and saw this character pictured above and fell in love with her hair. Being that my hair is pretty close to this length, I thought getting bangs would be fun. Here is a walk through my metamorphosis.

 

This is my "New Girl" inspired hair cut and my natural hair color. I know, I know, shocking to see how dark and red it is right?  Yet, it feels like me. I haven't seen my natural hair color since I was an awkward 15 year old and I think I kept it blonde because I associated my bumbling teen years to my hair color.  So now looking at it, I feel like I am looking at my 15 year old self again, but with new eyes. Ones that are not judging, but accepting and loving who I am. :)
