I am a Wild Thing

 As Doug and I were reading to Aleck, "Where the Wild Things Are," Aleck proceeded to look at the page and pointed to the monster with red hair and said, "It's momma!!!" It was hilarious and yet, disturbing.
Now he likes to point out all kinds of things that he thinks look like both Doug and I. For instance, Doug has been the Grinch.
I have been Beyonce; I fail to see any resemblance here. But hey, it is a whole lot better than a Wild Thing!!!
Lastly, I have been a mannequin. Yes, a mannequin.


I guess we could dissect this and do some Freudian analysis, but where would be the fun in that? So, there you have it folks. A day in the life of a two year old.
